What is a Day of Voxer?
Voxer is a “walkie-talkie” app that allows you to send text and voice clips back and forth. During a Day of Voxer, we’ll be in touch over Voxer to dive deep into whatever is keeping you stuck in your business. Best of all, Voxer is free to use, and you can access it from your phone or your computer. Let’s walk through how a Day of Voxer works!
📅 Choose a date
Once you book your Day of Voxer, you’ll fill out a quick Google Form about your business and where you’re struggling. This helps me get to know you a little better before our day together.
And keep in mind, you don’t need to clear your calendar for a Day of Voxer, either!
It’s flexible and works around things like carpool, running errands, cooking, cleaning, taking care of littles, and all the things that come with everyday life.
You just need to make sure you have enough time between your daily activities to listen and reply to messages – as well as the mental space to process and take notes.
📱 Get set up on Voxer
If you don’t have a Voxer account, you’ll create one – it’s free. You can chat with me on the free version and access our conversation for up to 30 days. This gives you plenty of time to go back and relisten to anything we talked about. You can also download the audio files and messages from the day to your computer or phone.
We’ll add each other on Voxer, and you can send me a message in advance to mak sure everything is running smoothly before our day begins.

But don’t worry – this isn’t a 9-hour long chat, and you’re not expected or supposed to be sitting by your phone waiting for replies. Honestly, who has time for that?
When your day begins, we’ll be exchanging messages throughout the day at a steady, yet relaxed pace. So if you’ve got a meeting or need to do the school run, it’s all good.
The Day of Voxer purposely puts some breathing room in between messages so you have time to think through your next question or implement something we discussed and ask a follow-up question. That’s part of what makes a Day of Voxer so effective!

What can we cover in a Day of Voxer?
The short answer? ✔️All the things! The flexible nature of this type of support means you can bring a list of questions, and we will work through them one at a time. So if you want to know something, feel free to ask!

Just about anything related to your direct sales business. I personally specialize in using a party-plan model and can help you with strategies related to all areas of the business. I also grew my business while homeschooling four young children. So if you’re struggling to keep all the balls in the air, I can definitely help with that!

How available do I need to be during a Day of Voxer?
During a Day of Voxer, we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow yet steady pace throughout the day. You just need to make sure you have enough time between your daily activities to listen and reply to messages – as well as the mental space to process and take notes.
What if we’re in different timezones?
I’ll be available between 9am and 6pm Eastern time. That means even if you’re in a different time zone, we will have plenty of opportunities to chat back and forth about your business during our time together.
What if I need to reschedule?
When you book your Day of Voxer, I block it out of my calendar so that no one else can take your space. You can reschedule your Day of Voxer free of charge up to 72 hours in advance. I understand life happens and emergencies pop up. But with the flexibility of Voxer, even if you have a busy day planned, you can still get a ton of value out of our time together. There are no refunds for rescheduling less than 72 hours before our day or for no-shows.
How much time is included in a Day of Voxer?
You’ll have access to me between 9am and 6pm Eastern time. This doesn’t mean we’ll be communicating nonstop for 9 hours. That’s just the window during which we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow but steady pace. The amount of time I spend with each person varies based on the topics we’re discussing.
Is Voxer free?
Yes, it is. And it’s available for both mobile and desktop. Our messages will be available to you for 30 days on the free version, or if you need longer to go back and listen, you can upgrade to the Pro version. But I recommend that you just download the messages to your computer or mobile device for future reference.
