✔️ Lesson 5 – Eliminate, Automate, and Delegate – This lesson will explain what you should and should not be doing as a leader and will help you evaluate when it’s time to hire an assistant. I’ll also walk you through how to divide your time between your team and your personal business! I’ll also give you tips for quickly getting an assistant up and running and how to effectively delegate. 

✔️ Lesson 6 – Plan, Build, and Achieve – In this lesson, you’ll learn about the Flywheel Concept and how it applies to your business. I’ll also share how to manage team groups and strategies for preparing your team for seasonal dips using the 30-60-90 Rule for teams. You’ll walk away from this lesson knowing exactly how to keep the momentum going that you’ve worked so hard to create!
